🕑 Added 2023-08-10 03:25:07 +0000 UTC Honey spiced carrots ๐ฅ๐ฏ๐ชด 200C/400F 30 min 1lb while large carrots washed, peeled, quartered 1/2 tbsp olive oil (any cooking oil is fine) 1/2 tsp honey 1/2 tsp white balsamic vinegar (any will do) 1/2 tsp parsley 1/8-4 tsp thyme 1/8-4 tsp rosemary salt & pepper to taste ๐ Premade pasta sauce with garbanzo beans added for texture and a spoonful of peanut butter (cause I didnโt want to open the sesame butter ๐) all in the blender ๐ Reheat the left over pasta and sauce in a pan when the carrots have ~5-10 min left
