SALT SPRING ISLAND: Sometimes my posing is a balancing act to get into some of the poses. My hip to waist ratio makes it difficult for me to lie on my side. Even if I was not the floor, my hips push up and cause my spine to curve which makes it hard to balance.
All of life is a balancing act. There is something that pushes us, causes our core strength to curve, challenging our equilibrium. We try and try again. Uses other parts of ourselves as a counter balance to bring our selves back to center. And sometimes we fall. That is also part of the lesson. Falling is another challenge. It is not failure. Failure only happens when you stop trying.
