MORNING YOGA 👼🏼 The reason I haven’t been posting yoga video..
🕑 Added 2021-08-18 16:33:00 +0000 UTC MORNING YOGA 👼🏼 The reason I haven’t been posting yoga videos lately was cuz I started doing more vigorous work outs that went along with the vegan reset challenge andI had to use my phone to watch the video so I couldn’t go live as I did it 🤣🤡But now I think I’m going to try to make yoga a morning priority cuz it’s so good for the mind as well as the body.
I’ll incorporate more of the crazy stuff in the future when I get a better handle on my meals and I know I’m getting enough of everything!!
