🕑 Added 2024-03-19 14:28:14 +0000 UTC All I've been doing, really, is a lot more walking. I'm sharing because I'm getting a lot of compliments of how good I'm looking. BTW thank you! I walk to the store now which is .5 a mile each way and I carry my groceries (only 4 bags max), and I also carry a basket around the store. This activity has sparked the inspiration to start to mess around with my exercise equipment again and that's cool, but tbh it was the selling of my car - my lazy machine - and getting back to walking.
I went without a car for years. When my responsibilities increased, I got a car. Many years later and a lot less healthy I started to question my car. I did not need to sell my car but my gut was saying: hay Tara, maybe losing the car might be good.
It has been!
You want an easy way to feel better. Take a walk.
In fact I'm ordering you all to do just that - or try to if you can get your hands off your dic long enough!
