I believe that the flow of your morning sets the tone for the rest of the day, and those days eventually blend together to become the living tapestry of your entire existence. Every morning, before you engage with the outer world, I invite you to take some moments to be in pure presence with yourself. I like to bring a one word intention into the center of my awareness and visualize what life would look like and how I would feel in my body if I fully embodied this intention in every aspect of my existence. In everything that I think, all that I speak, all that I do. It brings more mindfulness into my day when I get the chance to do this, and I hope by sharing my grounding practice it maybe inspires you to try it out or do something similar.
