• 2 tbsp of butter
• 1/4 cup of flour
• 1/4 cup of milk (or more if necessary)
• 2 tbsp sugar
• salt
• jam/ham n cheese (for filling)
1. Heat the butter in the microwave till liquid.
2. Whisk the egg and milk, then add the butter once it’s cooled a bit (if it’s too hot the egg will scramble). Keep whisking.
3. Add sugar and a pinch of salt.
4. Add the flour till you’re happy with the consistency. It shouldn’t be thick. If it gets too thick just add more milk, if it’s too runny, add more flour.
5. Add butter to a pan and fry em. Fold in the filling.

Tips:
These cool down fast so I keep mine in the microwave while I fry the rest.
