🕑 Added 2023-05-18 14:50:28 +0000 UTC Hiking has played such a huge part in my healing journey π₯° hereβs some pics I took at my first trail of the day yesterday π I did a total of 3 trails and over 4 miles. Next year I would absolutely love to take my first backpacking trip, I still need to work on my uphill cardio though. One of the trails was pure uphill. That one was definitely humbling haha but very worth it π₯²π»
