I am not talking here about the altruistic, positive judgment, the Yang, luminous side of the force, but about this permanent negative judgment on everyone and everything.
Within the framework of the "nourishing vitality", it is essential to learn, first of all, to "open our Heart". This approach is crucial to achieve a state of inner calm, a serenity capable of calming the βemotional volcanoesβ that agitate our being.
Achieving a state of non-judgment is, in this regard, a fundamental step.
One of the consequences of this βOpen Heartβ, lies in a fundamental principle : βWhat your Heart emits, your Heart receivesβ.
By emitting negative energies, we should not be surprised to find ourselves in situations of negativity, discomfort or suffering.
Imagine a world without slander, without criticism, without accusation, or ranting, without gossip: there would not be much left to say at family meals.
We would then need to relearn how to talk about the essentials, the βthings of lifeβ.
It is this Russian quantum physicist, who took a visit to a painting exhibition as an example. At some point, a painting displeases you. However, if it is there, it is because at least someone liked it, if only its author! Instead of spitting venom and judging negatively, you just have to move on and feed your eye with a picture that is on the same vibration as your cable of life.
Like a kaleidoscope, every ultimate Truth has within it a thousand and one facets, a thousand and one ways of apprehending it. Come out of the dark side of the βForceβ and into the light of positive thoughts. Accept contradiction as an essential element of dialogue.
But this also requires a lot of altruistic love and the gradual abandonment of the shell of one's ego.
To move away from negative judgment is to recognize in each person, each creature, each phenomenon, a manifestation of the universe and thereby, a part of ourselves.
Thus βthe praise of non-judgmentβ calls us to contemplate the beauty and complexity of the world without seeking to dominate it or impose our will.
Ultimately, the βpraise of non-judgmentβ is a celebration of life in all its diversity and splendor. It is a call to live fully, free from the chains of judgment, in communion with the unfathomable mystery of the universe
Through this path, we come closer not only to our true essence, but also to that of the entire Universe.
This culture of empathy, this invitation not to live in a binary world of good and evil, of just or unjust, this invitation to move in harmony with the cosmos, a βspace of non-actionβ.
As you can see, negative judgment contributes to a toxic environment, encouraging anger, sadness and resentment. Moreover, too often, what we judge negatively in others reflects our own insecurities or faults.
By curbing our tendency to make negative judgments about others, we actively contribute to the establishment of a climate of peace, welcome and unity, both in our living environments and throughout the world.
In doing so, we not only preserve our inner balance, but we also participate in the dissemination of these capital values through our daily actions and interactions.
