For the past few months Iβve been so conditioned to the basicsβ¦ eggs and oatmeal every morningπ (i am fitness training)β¦ then my partner bought tomatoes, and onions and avocadoβ¦ disrupting my patternβ¦. It takes extra time to cut and slice these thingsβ¦ π I did it anywayβ¦ put them in the eggs π³β¦ and WOW!! Haha I enjoyed the taste and texture π₯° thinking I desire to add these extras more often haha β¦
Yes we all need some extra spice in our life, our food, our relationships, our work etc.
I challenge you to do something extra for yourself today, and see how you feel doing it π
