🕑 Added 2022-11-21 19:34:09 +0000 UTC be your own hero 💥 redefine yourself ♥️sharing some thoughts running through my head 💭 Which story do YOU tell yourself about you? when noone is listening - except of you. you and your thoughts 💭
.
gym-time is my ME-time. therapy. helping me to become a better version of myself. mentally AND physically.
.
it’s „music on. world off“
me and the weights in the gym. me vs me. MY kingdom. my domain. where I AM THE BOSS. Singing, dancing, running arround like a mad one. getting myself in „the mood“. being „in my own world“. probably I look like crazy. maybe psycho too 😜 I do not care. when it’s „TIME“. MY time. ♥️
.
some people told me, my emotions make me weak. to be emotional sometimes probably makes life harder. but… my emotions make me, who I am. 🤷♀️ make me strong my own unique way.
.
I love to use those intensive emotions to make my workouts feeling epic 💥
.
it’s kind of „watching myself“ like I am in a movie. which movie-character do YOU want to be? which movie do you wanna create? 🎥🍿
.
I love it heroic. dramatic. to see myself as a warrior. conquering no matter what. standing up everytime. again and again. rising like a phoenix.
.
I believe it’s not only about our circumstances. it’s about our attitude.
it’s NOT as much about our genetics. our individual, different backgrounds. what we where born with / in. yes. some probably have it „easier“.
because of „better genetics“. more money. more supportive background. more/better whatever. it’s hard to compare. everyone is different. different surrounding. different everything. doesn’t care for YOU anyway. you are you. not someone else. you have to deal with you own challenges anyway.
.
no matter where we start.
you have a goal? in my opinion: you’ll need to find a way or make one. someone is always „the first“ who found a solution to a specific challenge.
.
it’s your life. your decision.
.
you can recreate / redefine yourself.
.
you are your own limit.
that’s what I truely believe.
if you’re not achieving what you’re aiming for. you haven’t tried it hard enough. long enough.
.
try. fail. try again. til you succeed ♥️ at least. I try. otherwise I will never know. fail often. fail early. fail forward 💥💪 make „your movie“ an exciting one 😎
