🕑 Added 2023-05-09 02:42:21 +0000 UTC This was 2020.. lockdown.. I was training at home. That a brand new York bench and it was a piece of crap.. you can see it bouncing. Ugh. A short while later I sold some adjustable dumbbells and the guy gave me an older bench. A bit of rust on it. Nothing a bit paint couldn’t fix. He said he couldn’t sell it.. I gladly took it. It was solid af. 🙏Anyhow, I have about 10 min of exercises from this pec session. No posing.. I didn’t do that til we met. Lol
I’ll edit it together and drop in a DM.
