This is the question that everyone has difficulty with. How do I do this? I used to feel terrible, I have figured it out now after many many years. Bottom line: I have used the methods I am about to teach you to accomplish “impossible” skills. I have mastered the "art of focus" as a mere muscle group. It must be trained on a daily basis or you lose focus just like any other muscle. Your mind should at least be trained daily and multiple times per day as it is what controls the body and affects every single conscious and subconscious decision you make.
