Degenerative disc disease and facet arthrosis.
I’m going to be referred to a physical therapist but :,) idk what to do with this information. I guess just cry a lot lol.
Idk guys. I’m really trying here. I’m trying to boost my self esteem up, I’m trying to be a happier person, I’m trying to just live and I just feel like I’m knocked down right now.
I feel the worst I have ever lately. Just mind, body and soul. I was thinking I was probably just majorly depressed over all of my health stuff and once it’s figured out I’ll be okay again, but like degenerative discs ? Am I going to feel like this forever??? I wake up crying because I’m in pain, I just I don’t know if I can keep doing this.
I break down everytime I get a chance to be on camera because I don’t feel good enough. I feel not good enough in any aspect. I feel so ugly, i just I don’t know.
I’m having such a hard time I’m so sorry. If anyone can just reach out right now it would mean the world. I feel so pathetic that I’m breaking down on onlyfans but I think I just need support.
