One thing I hate! đ© Interval training on any kind of cardio period! I can lift weights all day, I can do StairMaster for hours on end, I can walk or jog miles...but this slow n fast training sucks. Oh yeah, and it's like 110 in this garage đ„” Doing this is one of the few things where it actually leaves me speechless.
