Had a crazy busy week and weekend so I wasn’t able to get to the gym as much as I had hoped.
Soooo, I went up to 194lbs again 🤷♂️😂
But the good news is that’s more than likely just water weight so I’ll increase my water intake and decrease sodium 😊
Fitness goal for the coming week is to get under 190lbs and to get into the gym EVERYDAY. No excuses. Also going to start meal prepping again if I can find the time 🤞
