(@naomiwildman3 recommended his power yoga class to me, and I’ve been practicing it fairly consistently the last month or so). As I danced I did feel really good because I was present. There were no thoughts in my mind. Thus my state of being was peaceful and joyous. 😌
I hope you can find some peace today. If you don’t feel like dancing, just observe the breath flowing in and out of your body. You cannot think and observe the breath at the same time. All it takes is one conscious breath to break the stream of your thoughts and bring you to conscious presence and awareness.
