This week I’ve felt more peace and joy than I have in a long time. I’ve been doing yoga every day. Dancing every day. And reading A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle every day. I am practicing nonresistance, nonjudgment, and nonattachment. Nature has always helped to quiet my mind and bring me to the present moment. We are all connected to nature because we are nature.
I have no doubt that at some future point I will again be swept up in drama and overcome with thoughts and pain. But it doesn’t matter because that isn’t real right now. And I’m not going to make it a problem. All that exists is the present moment. And the present moment is beauty and life.
