Lately, I’ve been mixing it up — getting outside for walks in the snow, even though my nose freezes off in the process. 😂 I also tried some yoga (honestly, I might need a little more practice, but who’s counting?) 🤸♀️
I realized it’s all about breaking the routine. I don’t want to let the cold weather turn me into a couch potato. So, I’m trying to get a bit creative with my days, whether that’s finding new places to hang out or just doing something random that gets me out of my head.
What about you? How are you spending your winter? Doing anything fun or trying new things? Drop me a message, I’m curious what everyone’s been up to this season! ❄️😉
