For example, when you accidentally do a lunge to pick something up off the floor and realize that your body has already switched on “workout mode” by itself. Or when you automatically correct your posture because “your back should be straight.”🤭
But the thing that makes me laugh the most is my thoughts during a workout. Sometimes I do an exercise and think: “That's it, in a month I'll be a Victoria's Secret model” (although, of course, I won't, but you can dream). Or when I start stretching, and the only thing on my mind is, “That's it, I'll definitely do twine by summer” - spoiler: I haven't done it yet. 😂
But you know what's the coolest part? When you see progress. Even if it's small, but you realize: it's not all for nothing.
Have you ever had it happen that the gym starts to “haunt” you in your regular life? Or is it just my habit? 😅
