So consider this a small diary entry if you will. I've been pretty down in the dumps, I'm in the process of changing medication as it seemed to stop working, and I was very very heavily medicated so some is being reduced too, which I'm pretty happy about ๐ I'm currently working on my sleep pattern, as I've been sleeping sooo much, like 12-16 hours a day! It's crazy. My energy levels have been really low, hence no content as I just can't muster up the energy to do it, everything seems like so much effort. So I've been trying my best not to put too much pressure on myself lately, in an attempt to lesson my anxiety too. Thanks for reading ๐ hoping to be back in business soon!!
