I've been with my family for the past week. They came from out of town to stay with me during my last bit of radiation. Which leads me to... im done with radiation! I had my last treatment a few days ago. Im still tired as fuck and in a bit of pain that will only get worse for the next month(ish) until the radiation stops working. Apparently its like antibiotics in the sense that it builds up in your body and continues to work for a while even after the treatment is over.
I went to the beach a few days ago, a museum, an aquarium, and some beautiful famous gardens in the following days. It was fun but I have been exhausted every day lol. However im extremely thankful to be able to even have these beautiful experiences.
