Summer is coming quickly and I need to get in game shape. So I snuck in a "shoulder" workout on my off day. Things quickly escalated into a 20 minute, underwear hanging up stroke fest. The end result was a massive load🍆💦 Rubber floor mats were the best "gym equipment" I ever bought. That or a mop and bucket?
