Last week I fasted for 28 hrs one day due to unexpected work delays (had some work in Denver during the snow storm…all week 🙄 lol).
A long fast like that throws my routine off of the method I’m using for fat loss. For my body, consistent diet and nutrition habits are crucial to cutting fat, to a large extent in this case because I very recently implemented the current method.
I know you guys will like these anyway lol, and as always thank you for the love.
