Somehow I always end up overdoing it.. ๐ฉ even when I knew I had too much that didn't stop me from chugging an entire shake to the point that it was almost impossible to keep it down ๐ฅต my greedy fat gut just took it all in in just a few seconds with barely any time to adjust to the new size and all that volume of fattening calories ๐ซ๐ป
