GLideN64 Update bounty finished

The new version is currently being rolled out, it supports Android armv7/aarch64 (already on the bot), Windows x86/64, Linux x86/64, ODroid, Switch (Horizon), and RPi (some fixes left to do).
It features GLN64 in Version 4.0!
If you are a supporter you can already get a preview from the RetroNX Discord!
There are still some Issues for some Platforms (longer loading times, also Linux has a Issue with the bot-provided version), which I plan to fix later and also implementing threaded Rendering for libretro, which i heard brought up to a 40% perf. improvement for some Android devices on the upstream builds!
For Switch users: We already used this version, this announcement is mainly for other platforms!
