Flaunting Gains
🕑 Added 2023-05-27 05:22:45 +0000 UTCTom had been working out forever since before you met and became gym buddies. You started working out together, his huge chiseled physique your end goal as you followed his routine. You had to lift lighter, but he'd encourage and spot you, always making sure you worked your hardest. The one thing you couldn't stand was how he'd tease you for being smaller.
He'd show off his huge muscles, pushing his weight around knowing you couldn't do anything about it. You had grown sick of it, enough that you felt you had to do something about it. So you were smaller than him? Well let's just see how smaller. You felt incredible with your plan, switching his protein powder for mass gainer, ready to se see how much bigger he really could be.
You watched as he greedily drank it after each workout, seeing him flex in the mirror to see the results every day. You were surprised by how fast the changes came. His definition had entirely disappeared within the first week. Even with his pump, his muscles had vanished under a flat coating of smooth skin. His arms were still thick with beef, bulging whenever he flexed, but you could tell he noticed the changes.
He usually ate with you after workout, getting a salad, but he started forgoing it when his body kept growing. He had replaced the meal with a second shake, which you knew must have been at least 3 times the calories and carbs. You began seeing the extra weight having an effect on him. He was easily out of breath halfway through your routine now, sweating much heavier than before as he struggled with his labored body.
He'd entirely lost the built look of his body. His chest had filled out with fat, two pecs loosely hanging in front of him suspended over his growing belly. His stomach was a soft spare tire that had slowly wrapped his entire midsection, prominently visible under any shirt he wore. Lovehandles had attached to his back that stuck out over his waist, shaking with each step he took. It was a wave that rocked from the bottom of his torso up to his shoulders.
You were shocked at how massive he had grown now looking at him in the locker room. He was forced to take breathers post workout, sitting down for several minutes with his gut spilling onto his waist, his entire body shaking with each breath. He had stopped making fun of you for being smaller a while back, but now you saw hunger in his eyes as he looked over at you, your body much skinnier than his fattened figure. It was worth it.
