This kind of makes me want to base a Shadowrun NPC on the look. Feels like it would fit in well in a game.

I once found glow in the dark nylon rope at a tool/ supply store. Was cheap and ok for practice on a dummy. Maybe for decor... definitely wouldn't recommend for skin tho it's kinda rough. 🙁
