The system apps are not updatable for a very good reason. You're assuming that the system apps are not modified... What do you think would happen to those modifications if you're just going to replace them with vanilla apps?

I prefer a non-rooted rom and please, if there is a new update, allow me to update system applications, and the question is, will there be an update to launch Google Play

Already answered - double the time to rebuild (even to update system apps or fix some hidden issue), and double the storage (paid). Not really an option unless I kill 50% of the supported devices here. Also, it's not one of the options in the poll, so...

Good idea... 2 types of roms one rebuilt one without... The one without rebuilt does not require frequent updates so im assuming it wont take too much time actually so the devs can work on rebuilt ones often

Im on this rom, because I don't want root (it is a mess to get all banking apps working...) This integrity shit sucks so hard. I have to pay with gpay each day.... So back to stock is what I consider soon :-(

Could releasing two ROMs with and without the fix be the best option?‎‎‎‎‎‎ If Google fixes the play integrity fix, you can flash the other ROM without the fix (and magisk/module fix). It will save users time waiting for a rebuild and xiaomi.eu devs won't have to re-upload 3 roms in a month, if you don't wanna root you can just wait for the next normal update (not rebuild) and there will be less of a cat and mouse situation. I'm just not sure if Xiaomi EU Devs will want to upload two ROMs each time because it's time consuming, but I feel like it will be less ROMs uploaded in total over a longer period since Google is so quick, and it won't leave rooted users stuck between having no play integrity or unrooting, both of which are equally as bad. Just my opinion :)

Try installing KernelSU, I switch from magisk recently and these two banking apps I could never fix on magisk started working for me. Check the KSU site on how to install.

For me is easy, for my dad not really. If I have to choose It's better to have not working payment only instead of having locked banks app or similar because of magisk and root hide.

why not? Unlocking and flashing a custom ROM is not any more difficuly than rooting a phone. I did it when I was still 12 yo.

follow the YouTube video that I linked in my previous comment. you have to patch a certain systeem file using an app called magisk. that app will give you a new system file called "magisk_patched-xxx.img" which you'll need to replace/flash with your current boot file. shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes honestly. but here is a more detailed tutorial: https://youtu.be/LnIoXH5NkpY?si=rpzdvuwmgs7bcg6x

Is there any alternative? I know that rebuild every week a dozen of ROMs is very time consuming and for me too. I have to take care of not mine phone. First requirement is call record. What can I do with Poco x4 GT..

yes it is. here's my tutorial: ANDROID 12 OR OLDER: for those that use CMD.exe: fastboot flash boot magisk_patched-xxxxx_xxxxx.img [enter] ANDROID 13: do the EXACT same steps, but instead of boot.img you'll use init_boot.img. For the moment i choosed to be fixed in rom release, my bank apps don't like root and for the moment i didn't find a good method

Please vote for 'excluding the fix from the ROM.' It will make me very happy ;) 1. It provides every user with the freedom to choose whatever they want. 2. It's much easier for those who have limited (or slow) internet access to still be able to fix this issue, instead of downloading and installing an update. 3. It's much more flexible. Currently, you need to have a laptop or computer to fix this issue. With a module, you can just download and install it without needing a fast or huge data plan or even a PC at all! 4. It's better for the long term, as a module would probably always offer the latest fix available. 5. As stated by Xiaomi.eu, this continuous rebuilding of ROMs costs them much (unnecessarily) time, which halts the production of HyperOS and other future updates. 6. It costs a lot of disk space to keep downloading an entire ROM just to fix a small issue. This is not environmentally friendly.

Good to know that it works for you, but in my case, I prefer not to root and I don't want to have to do it to use a rom. I prefer to just install the rom and use it without any major problems, if it's not a problem for the developer to do rebuilds, then it's an easier way.

I believe that coming built into the ROM is better, many people use the ROM on a daily basis and may not have the necessary knowledge to root and install it, not to mention bank applications that take a lot of work to work with root, even hiding root and things like that.
