Progress update for 12-02-2023
🕑 Added 2023-02-12 17:51:01 +0000 UTCNormally I try to separate IRL problems from these posts. But, for the sake of openness, I've chosen to disregard that here. Recently, my day-to-day job has been stressful to a degree that I simply can't focus on the game. I won't go into the details, but it has had a clear physical effect on me, and I need to rest now or risk a burn down. This week is the first week since I started working on the game that I myself simply didn't make any progress.
However.
Luckily, due to your generous contributions, I'm no longer the sole creator on summer growth. And because of that, a suprising amount of work still got done! First of all, Waffle, the co-coder of the game manager to take my jumbled code far, FAR better. Gabe meanwhile is helping me plot out the entire story of the game, so we can make it all the more cohesive while MrSnrub is working on new dates!
SO yeah, enough is happening. Just not for me.

Sucks to hear, but no person's a machine so do what you need to recharge. Better than hurting your body or motivation.

It's good to hear you taking time out as needed. Wouldn't do you or us any good if you overwork yourself and fall ill or get disillusioned with the project.
