My only issue with Dune part II was that the main cast )Paul and Chani= werenät convincing. Mostly on their relationship, Paul was very convincing on the dramatic stuff. So the movie fell flat compared with the first part whOscar Isaac did a lot of heavy lifting. The montage of training and dissemination of the Muad Dib worhip could be done better but it was a minor quibble. Definitely not as god as the first one in my humble opinion.

Have you read Angela Carter's "Lovecraft and Landscape"? It' in the appendix to the Hay Necronomicon. It was a surprise to me when I first saw it, that HPL should be in her orbit.
