Rolling Characters! | Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay
🕑 Added 2024-09-12 23:30:01 +0000 UTCWe're rolling characters for our upcoming to-be-named Warhammer Fantasy Role Play (WFRP) campaign! This Pearl Dolphin-exclusive campaign will take over Mondays after we finish season 1 of Shroud Over Saltmarsh!
Tonight, we'll be taking time to slowly build our characters, and then we may even play a super short session as we fumble through the rules!
To ask us questions, please put them in the comments section below this post!

Man I'm late to the party on this one! I didn't understand that it was a Warhammer like world and not just 40k (which I don't have much interest in) and now I want to convince my players to switch from 5e to rules to something similar to this! Super excited to see where the campaign goes!

Right before i started watching this session, i started reading rules on D&D beyond for the first time, including character creation. So, even if this is a different system, it helped me to understand the general process for D&D, too. I will probably never play in a Warhammer universe, but it is still fun to learn along with you guys, so thanks for the experience! I am also slowly getting proficient in distinguishing the voices of Mikey and Richie while not looking ^^

The winds of chaos seem to be the source of all corruption, but I do not know all the lore behind Morrslieb.

The Enemy Within starts in the year 2512!

Nope, we usually use the Avantris array for D&D 5e!

Mikey, Richie, and Derek are the players for now!

Probably! We need to get as many reps as possible with the system so it becomes second nature.

What would you lives in the Warhammer universe look like? What would it be like if your were all a team in that universe like you are as Legends of Avantris?

Question: Andy said you are taking your time with this stream. Will it be the same for session 0?

How many players will be at the table or is it 3 for the party?
KerrPlunkett
do you guys normally role your stats for other campaigns?

What year in the warhammer universe will this campaign be set in?

Does corruption for witches come from somewhere (like how psykers are corrupted by the immaterium), or is it just a natural consequence of meddling in something so powerful?
