I know this is WAY late, but to answer Derek’s question about games with an excrement feature where it’s relevant is Ark: Survival Evolved. You don’t have to do it manually, but you can. Otherwise, it will just kinda drop from your PC. It’s used for fertilizer when growing crops.

I know I'm so behind but how did Rich not choose Goliath for altPoros. Aside from the base physicality they culturally love games and displays of athletics, born Olympians. Plus they fit the barely clothed aesthetic thanks to cold resistance
