That's because posing nude doesn't have all that much to do with Instagram followers and mainstream appeal. In fact, far as I can tell, more adult oriented content actually limits your mainstream appeal/reach. Of course WE love all the uncensored content she puts out but it doesn't mean that translates into mainstream appeal. Lots of influencer girls have millions of followers without so much as showing a nipple.
