I think I will keep making dakis and doing whatever one sounds most fun next, but i am super curious what sounds best to folks. You can vote multiple times, if you don't see what you want feel free to suggest in comments. I wanna get everyone I can in there ideally. I have some other ones cooking that will be shared throughout the year, but I am curious how folks feel about these specifically; perhaps the one on your mind is already in the works!
It would be most helpful if the votes were on a scale of "I would probably get that one I think" but even just "oh I'd like to see that!" would help a lot!

Amazing options here. I’m glad to see Rivet show up as an option! I’d also like to suggest Sisu.

As a personal thing, I think if you ever do dakis of Rivet or Mineru, those are day one insta-buys for me. I haven't seen a single physical Mineru daki yet.
