Submit Your Favorite Amime OPs for Yam/Jello to Review, LIVE ON STREAM!
🕑 Added 2025-04-13 21:32:08 +0000 UTCEver since the Anime OP video released, Amy and I have been getting lots of questions about what we think of X, Y, or Z opening. And even if we answer, most people don't see it and ask us about that same opening over and over again.
So!
We're going to be doing one last "judge that Anime OP" round-up, live on stream. Which openings will we be looking at? Why, the ones you submit to us of course!
All patrons are welcome to send submissions of openings they think should've made the list, could have made the list if they came out early enough, or ones they just want to see us react to. Send us one you hate and all your friends like, maybe we can validate your opinion on it.
We will review the openings live on TWITCH next Sunday the 20th (because you cannot stream OPs on YouTube). I will try to save a mirror of the stream and upload it to Patreon.
Amy and I would like to react to all of the openings blind, so Aloha is going to be gathering them for us. Gathering footage like this is kind of a pain, so we'd like to make things as easy for him as possible. make sure follow the submission guidelines.
Also do not ask us about the Dandadan opening. You keep asking and I already answered.

TO HAVE YOUR SUBMISSION CONSIDERED, IT MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING:
Your name so we can say who submitted what
Name of the show and the opening number (i.e. Naruto Shippuden OP4)
A direct link to an upload of the opening (legal or otherwise)
The submitted opening absolutely must have credits on it. Do not send a creditsless version, we cannot accurately rate that.
Up to 3 openings per submitter MAX
If you link a 60fps version Aloha will blow up your submission with lasers
If the opening is from a show with more than 50 episodes, please include an explicit episode number where you know for a fact that opening plays. Some shows like Gintama are extremely hard to hunt down and have conflicting information about what appears where and that can waste a lot of Aloha's time.
Must be an anime opening. Do not get cheeky and send us something live action or a western cartoon just to see what we think of it, we'll just ignore the submission. No Kamen Rider OPs. I see you.
Alternate language versions of openings are okay (i.e. German Naruto Dub)
We're gonna get a lot of submissions, so make sure your email has all these things! If not, we'll have to delete it.

Probably a dumb question, do you need a real name or are social media handles fine? Not sure which to put. Don’t want my submission blown up with lasers.

A little sad live action ops aren't allowed otherwise I'd have absolutely submitted the Ferris Bueler TV show opening cause it sounds like shit and is also the funniest thing ever to me
