Yep you pretty much got it. Sales go live at 9pm Florida time. You will see what is being offered, the quantity and the price. On some sales you have to comment and get approval before you send payment. Don’t leave a comment and then back down or you will get banned forever. Once a month you can make one purchase of 1-6 of the cheap magic boxes from the selection listed in the pinned post. Just send the payment with a note indicating boxes and quantities you want.

New broke Timmy here, what is the procedure for purchases? Do people pull up Rudy's PayPal and then wait for the patron message to see what is offered and then go back to PayPal to input order info? And since details are not given before hand, do you load PayPal with loot before a drop?Thanks!

MSRP is $166.66 per booster box and $66.66 per 4-Deck precon set. Usually it is 3 booster boxes, with a precon set, a promo card and playmat. I don't think Rudy can resist selling the bundle for $690

I predict Bloomburrow, Tarkir, and EoE will age incredibly well for in universe sets as the demand has far out weighed the supply and I don’t think that will change in their print cycles as Wizards printers go brrrrrr to focus on every new set. Lock in what you can!
