Rudy's Opinion - This is the 2nd time i have offered OP-08.
This particular set has a wild past, the release was very successful and prices spiked up high.
Then Bandai, tinkered with major reprints with one piece, and crashed the price of many sets.
They learned a valueable lession, this is why we dont have one piece reprints anymore lol
