Goodness I am built like you and at the end of my pregnancies I didn't look pregnant but if I turned side ways I could knock someone across tthe room on a quick turn and use my ttummy as a china shel...LOL.... Hugs~ Lea

that book is great for all births! just birth in general! she talks a lot about advocating for yourself in hospital settings & the variety of options you have :)
