Download your practice files for this video (play-along videos, tabs, guitar pro file, backing tracks): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1N7yutlqt41pOYL7GsTl3Pi2XlFft7wlO?usp=sharing
When you work on these exercises, also make sure to just practice them to a metronome! Focusing on the off-beats and on syncopated workouts is what got me the best results with my timing so far - hope it helps you as well :)
As always, I also made a Dropbox folder for you: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/cnurvz26m7nju3zzxdlvj/h?rlkey=ojswl0nb3o67y4ck4n56xkqvz&dl=0

Hey there, thanks for the great question! Bernth is still very active in the secret Facebook group for VIP/Platinum members and answers questions like this every day over there, as well as giving helpful feedback to student videos! :) Extending this to comments on all posts and hundreds of daily messages is sadly not possible anymore with around 9000 active members. Hope this helps, have a great day! Team Bernth

Are you making the dead notes in the first practice all with youre index finger or are you using the finger that plays the upfollowing note for the dead notes, too? It pretty much sounds like you are just using the index finger but it looks like you are usung all - which would also be considerable much harder to do for me as well.
