🕑 Added 2022-07-25 15:13:28 +0000 UTC"Public Access Anime" won the poll, so I'm doing research into it now. If anyone has any leads on KTEH broadcasts or information please forward them to me. We're doing research on the discord as well. This is probably going to be a standard 10 minute video as most of KTEH's broadcasts are lost media (there's a few on archive.org I'll be using). Here's the clip I used in the recent video for anyone interested. I'll keep you all updated.
PS: Would you consider the CBN Christian channel "public access"? They aired Christian anime like the Flying House which I can mention if it's on topic.

I'll have to dig through my old tapes. I know I had Key the Metal Idol and some other shows taped off KTEH back in the day, but I suspect they disappeared a couple moves ago.

To me, something like KTEH, a PBS station, is “public television,” not “public access.“ Public access is more something that cable operators provide to members of the community who want to broadcast their own shows. In Canada, I know that TVOntario was showing The Little Prince back in the 1980s, and the Wikipedia page for Fables of the Green Forest suggests that it could have been on the air as early as 1978. It definitely reappeared there in the early 1990s. Now, if someone out there was showing anime as part of a cable system public access program, that'd be definitely obscure enough to warrant its own video.
