what do you mean by can't get the character to move ? it doesn't make sense

Hey , So i did everything according to the instructions and I can not get the character to move and I have the skill equpped

sure, if i think of another possible solution i'll let you know, actually you could try to change the idb values of the skill, bascially open it with the skill creator, go in the idb tab and copy the values from another skill that work well for you there have always been this strange problem of skills not appearing for some people and the usual best fix is to directly unlock it through skill creator, the fact that it didn't work for you make the problem really strange
Yea nothing is working so I’ll use a different moveset for now if you figure something out can you let me know?

Ive tried so many things but the burning universal slash move wont show up at alli even tried to equip it on save editor and it didnt work i tried everything and its no where to be found

if you know how to edit the installer INSTALLINFO (which you can open with a program like winrar), you simply need to add or replace an entry with your character 3 letter code and also duplicate or rename the files of one of the races to your character code, also equip the character with the burning universal slash skill through xv2characreat basically same steps as for CACs but you need to edit the moveset installer, i guess easier way would be to simply replace the chara code of one of the races with your chara code, as example replace the chara code "HUM" which is Human Male with your character code
