050 (Vol 3) HxH: Tombbound Power
🕑 Added 2025-05-04 05:02:01 +0000 UTCDuring the Hunter Exam, aside from the First Prince Benjamin, she was the only one who didn't send guards to take the test.
Benjamin was arrogant. He didn't want something as trivial as the Hunter Association investigating the background of his guards.
And Tyson? She simply didn't want her adorable soldiers out there attracting "bees and butterflies"...
Yes—literally.
The handsome male guards currently massaging Tyson wore dreamy, dazed smiles. Their expressions were gentle and content, their eyes filled with bliss.
It wasn't fake. That joy was genuine.
But any experienced Nen user approaching them would quickly notice something was... off. That happiness didn't seem to come from within. It wasn't truly their own.
"I think my guardian spirit beast should look like an angel. Don't you think so?" Tyson purred, eyes half-lidded in pleasure as she addressed the guards standing below.
The Nen-trained guards exchanged glances. Their eyes flicked toward the black, tadpole-shaped beast hovering above the head of the beautiful male guard attending Tyson—and then quickly away. No one spoke.
Tyson casually shifted her gaze to Kurapika's teacher, Izunavi.
"Uh, how should I put it... more like... a fairy?" Izunavi said carefully after a long pause, choosing his words with visible caution.
"Yeah?!"
Tyson clapped her hands and shrieked with delight.
"Hoooooooooooooooo~! So it is a fairy's hand! Baby never expected that!"
"Mhm! Fairies suit me much better!"
Izunavi, who had long since grown numb to such sights, said nothing. He'd seen her Beast, after all, with his own eyes...
Still, disturbing as it all was, nothing inspired more fear than the Nen Beast above Tyson's head.
Simple in appearance but deeply unsettling, Tyson's Nen Beast floated just above her. It resembled a massive, heart-shaped object.
In the center of the peach-pink heart sat an enormous eyeball, occupying nearly two-thirds of its surface.
Three pairs of small, angelic wings jutted from either side, and at the bottom, it had a gaping mouth shaped like a vacuum cleaner's nozzle.
Except unlike a vacuum cleaner, this one spit things out.
Tiny, black, one-eyed beasts—shaped like tadpoles—spewed from the creature's mouth.
Each one landed neatly on the attractive male guards massaging Tyson. The more tadpoles that attached to them, the more euphoric and unhinged their expressions became.
Watching this grotesque transformation made the other guards, including Izunavi, deeply uneasy.
"Thank goodness I'm just a good-looking uncle... not really handsome," Izunavi muttered to himself, oddly relieved.
Otherwise, he'd be up there giving Tyson a massage too—and likely under the Nen Beast's influence. That would be hell.
"But what kind of Nen Beast gives birth to creatures like that?"
The thing had no features resembling real-world animals—no feathers, no fur, no scales. Just a monstrous, cartoonishly grotesque symbol of distorted affection.
"My fairies will fill this ship with love~!"
"Yes, Your Highness!"
"Aww, how disgusting! You're making baby blush~!"
"Your shy face is just too cute, Your Highness!!"
Watching Tyson and her bewitched male attendants act out their bizarre little drama—oblivious to everything around them—Izunavi couldn't take it anymore. He lowered his head in resignation.
The scene was so horrifyingly "beautiful," he feared his eyes might actually go blind if he looked at it any longer.
...
Just next door, the territory of the Eighth Prince, Salé-salé, was somehow even more "picturesque"—especially if you were a man.
"HAHAHA! Succession war? King? Let 'em all eat shit!"
The pounding of electronic music and dazzling strobe lights flooded the air.
In the middle of it all stood a man even larger than the King. The Eighth Prince, completely naked, laughed maniacally as he wrapped his arms around two equally nude, slender women.
"Everyone's feelin' it tonight, YEAH!!"
Eyes reduced to slits from laughter, Salé-salé dragged the DJ working the beat close, and mouth-to-mouth, poured wine down her throat.
Around him, the hall was packed with scantily clad women. Most wore little more than a token fig leaf, if anything at all.
The whole place was on the verge of becoming a full-blown orgy. It was decadent, depraved... and completely unashamed.
The guards in suits standing behind him were clearly suffering. Their eyelids twitched. So many scantily dressed women—far too dazzling...
But they remained professional, trying their best not to stare directly at the madness.
Unseen by the crowd, hovering above the prince's head, was a grotesque spherical creature.
It looked like a gas bomb from a kids' show, except instead of eyes, the entire surface was covered with gaping, slobbering mouths.
These mouths drooled milky-white liquid, invisible to most, leaking endlessly into the depravity below.
The Eighth Prince clearly had no interest in the political game. He loved the party. And he loved women. That was all.
...
Elsewhere on the ship, the Ninth Prince Halkenburg stood frozen, horror washing over him.
His fingers were ice-cold. Sweat gathered on his brow. His breath came in ragged, fearful gasps.
"What the hell is happening...?!"
His lips trembled. His teeth chattered as he spoke.
Around him, his guards in black lay scattered across the floor.
Not a single one breathed.
Not a single one stirred.
They were all dead—and no one knew why.
"Why... Why is this happening?!"
He slumped to the ground, sweat dripping from his forehead like falling coins.
His expression was the same as Theta's—not long ago summoned by the Fourth Prince, and now gathered here with Salkov.
Because something... strange was happening with the Fourth Prince, too.
