066 HxH: Tombbound Power

If the so-called champion of the festival is at this level, then even letting Zushi come out to practice two years in advance doesn't seem like a big problem.
In the ring, facing the stones that hit like a storm, Ronnel didn't show any emotional fluctuations and was even slightly amused.
This level was nowhere near the rock storm that Uvogin unleashed in the original series.
By focusing energy into his fists and lifting the ground beneath his feet, Uvogin could make rocks fly as fast as bullets, as swift as a storm.
Such a move seemed troublesome, but in the original series, Gon and the others already demonstrated a solution.
By using "Ryu" and "Ken," they gathered part of their aura on their arms, crossed them in front, and formed an air wall which could block most attacks.
(T/N: Ryu: This technique involves adjusting the amount of aura in different parts of the body, increasing it in one area while decreasing it in others. It allows a Nen user to shift aura to their arms for defense or offense.
Ken: This is a defensive technique where the user coats their entire body with aura, making it harder and more resilient to damage. It creates a strong, steady shield of aura around the user.)
"Then the remaining attacks can be dodged with minimal effort, right?"
After the relentless stone rain, Sparka appeared before Ronnel in the final blink of the storm.
"I've seen too many people use this method to block my attacks, but doing so only means you'll passively take my punch!!"
His glove brimmed with immense aura, crashing down on Ronnel's arm beneath Sparka's cruel and bloodthirsty eyes.
"Die!"
Amid the audience's cheers and the rapid commentary from the announcer and a certain chatty speaker, Ronnel's body flew backward.
Though Ronnel might mock Sparka's intelligence, there was no denying that his battle performance was commendable.
Well, commendable at best.
"A speed-type Manipulator Nen user who lacks strength and defense—after taking my strongest punch, at least his arm should break… What?!!"
To Sparka's astonishment, Ronnel flipped through the air, adjusted his center of gravity, landed on one foot without breaking a sweat, and calmly placed his other foot down.
"Not bad power, but it still stings~"
Ronnel rolled his shoulders and smirked, "So, that punch was your strongest?"
As Sparka gaped at Ronnel's seemingly unharmed arms—no redness or swelling in sight—his eyelids twitched. A bad feeling crept into his mind.
Yet, after hearing Ronnel's teasing tone, Sparka suppressed his unease.
"That punch was just a warm-up. Next…"
"Next, I'll attack!"
Before Sparka could finish his bold declaration, Ronnel launched off the ground, his body shooting toward Sparka like an arrow.
"His speed's decreased, is he really weakened by that punch?"
Sparka was thrilled by the sight and began speculating.
But the truth was different. "Speed's fine—I just want to see where my strength stands!"
Ronnel was using Sparka as a touchstone for his own abilities, deliberately slowing down.
"Take this!"
With his mind focused, Ronnel gathered an immense amount of aura into his fist and swung fiercely at Sparka.
"Well done!"
Sparka, disregarding everything else, roared and gathered all his energy into his fist, striking a bizarre posture.
In that moment, Nen condensed around Sparka, forming the image of a medieval knight riding a horse and wielding a spear, with his fist as the tip of the spear.
"It's Sparka's signature winning move—no one has ever withstood this attack!"
The crowd cheered, ignorant of the intricacies of Nen, assuming this to be one of Sparka's tricks.
"Holy Spear Thrust!!"
Sparka shouted, his fist, like a golden spear, piercing straight toward the oncoming Ronnel!
The fist, seemingly carrying the weight of a thousand pounds, tore through the air, creating a piercing noise that echoed across the arena.
This was his Nen ability, Paladin's Glory.
When activated, Sparka's aura condensed into the form of a knight, enveloping his body.
To fully trigger this ability, Sparka needed to step into two positions corresponding to the horse's hooves, while the attack's launch point corresponded to the spear's tip, fully unleashing the technique's destructive power.
Each time the hooves and spear tip appeared in different positions, the user had to instantly adjust and make precise movements to maintain the attack's conditions.
The activation requirements were strict, but the resulting piercing power was overwhelming—an ability that suited Sparka's tall, thin, and uniquely structured physique perfectly.
