いつの間にかもうハロウィン、明日で11月です。今年も残りわずかですね。
最近、腰だけでなく膝も痛くて、パソコンの前に座るときに変な姿勢で座ってしまいます。気をつけようと思っています。
いつも言いますが、現在の私のサポートプランは報酬が約束されていないにもかかわらず、私を信じてサポートしてくださる方々のおかげで、大変助かっています。

I hope you're all doing well and staying healthy.
Before you know it, it's Halloween today, and tomorrow it's November. The year is coming to a close.
My knees are little more hurting these days, as well as my back, so I end up sitting in weird positions when I sit at the computer. I'm trying to be careful.
As I always say, my support plan is currently on with no promise of rewards, but I'm very grateful to those who believe in me and support me.
