Protein!!
🕑 Added 2020-05-24 16:00:06 +0000 UTCRhodri's diet consists of a lot of protein and it always feels like a sacrifice, but he knows it's worth trying. He tends to have a lil too many cheat days but... since he works out possibly 5-6 days a week, it's easy to force that in the back of his mind. He wants to tone his whole body but some areas just kinda remain >w> rather thicc and meaty and nearly impossible to make it as toned as he wants but hey, at leasy his arms are pretty bulky.
Rhodri definitely gets the casual dude every so often askin if he needs any help or a workout partner. The butt--er, the muscles lock in so many wandering eyes >w>
