I hope I will be ok.

Its about my health condition. I am a little worry.
Well, it started last week when I do strenuous exercise such as sit up and crunches and I think I hurt my neck.
So, last saturday. I have neck spasm. An involuntary movement of my neck to the right. Basically its hard to keep my neck straight, and my neck always want to look to the right. I was alright 2 days after. Then this morning when i woke up, i felt a little numbness on my left leg and hand, i panicked a little. Even now, I felt a little weakness on my left hand compared to my right hand. I panick easily.
I went to the doctor and told him my condition. He says he is afraid I might get stroke but its highly unlikely since my blood pressure is normal. He just told me to monitor how it goes from here.
When I was a baby, my mum mishandled me and accidentally knocked my head hardly to the edge of the drawer. I am afraid that it might cause brain nerve damage and paralysis as I heard there are such cases that happen because of this.
Anyway, in my life. I always work hard in my career until I neglected exercise. I was on my computer most of the time and hardly do any workout which is a big mistake...
We should always exercise more and eat healthy food. I rarely sweats.
Lastly, I am still working on the next update. Maybe my progress will be a little slower but I will still continue.
If I die one day, I want to leave something for people to remember me. For example, this game story that entertains you guys. I want to help as many people as I can so that at least my life was not in vain.
I really hope everything will be ok =(
Please. I promise to be a good person and will help as many people as I can. Please let me be alright =(
Thanks,
Elsa~

Aaaand? Are you ok so far. Were you able to narrow down the cause of the problem described above?
