The time has finally come,
patreon suspended me again and for good this time.
In the email they said that they will be deleting my page.
They also took all my money so I have earned nothing this month.
Because of that I'm forced to pause subscribestar and delay the pack to next month.
So for subscribers - press "no" if you get notification for paying on 1.12.2021 so you won't be charged.
At the moment of writing, Patreon was 90% of my income. Subscribestar alone is not enough to even pay the bills.
For the foreseeable future, I will be operating at a loss while animating.
For those who don't want to use Subcribestar because of no PayPal, ive created a pixiv account. I will start posting new content again at the start of a new year on both SS and pixiv.
What are the drawbacks of pixiv compared to SS and patreon:
-Payment in Japanese Yen
-No ability to pause billing on free months
Hopefully patrons will migrate to subscribestar or pixiv in numbers.
Bad news for subscribers on SS is that I will most likely have to raise prices to match those of Patreon and pixiv as it stoped being a side thing anymore, so 4->5$ and 8->10$.
So what's the plan for the future
Continue doing what I did for 2022 living off my savings, see if people are willing to migrate from patreon, then see where things stand.
