Medical procedure in the ExtaCity
🕑 Added 2025-12-13 12:00:00 +0000 UTCWelcome, citizens!
Today we'll explain medical procedure in the ExtaCity!
Even in this ideal city, injuries cannot be prevented 100%. You may hurt your body through labor, suffer mental illness for no apparent reason, or become too exhausted to move.
But rest assured! If treatment is needed, the nanomachines in your body will detect the abnormality, and an emergency robot will rush to your aid immediately!
And in the city, cutting-edge medical treatment is provided free of charge to all citizens! Oh, look—a citizen is being brought in already!
“Ah, um...! I just tripped a little...!! I'm perfectly fine...!!”
Oh no! It seems this citizen twisted their ankle on their way home! Thanks to the nanomachines inside their bodies, citizens possess remarkable resilience to injury. There have even been cases where someone fell from the 10th floor of a building and only suffered a sprain!
However, to return to your normal life, immediate treatment and examination are essential! For your safety, we have restrained your limbs! Let's begin treatment right away!
“～～～～～～～!!!!”
We treat the affected area using silicone drills, lasers, and electrical currents! By stimulating the cells in this way, we can promote rapid natural healing!
However, research shows that applying strong stimulation to only one leg can create a difference between the left and right legs, making walking difficult. Therefore, we provide treatment that applies the same stimulation to both legs, allowing you to walk with less discomfort!
Furthermore, the purple device injects aphrodisiacs. In the city, no anesthetics are used during treatments; instead, aphrodisiacs are injected. This allows patients to experience blissful climaxes even during painful procedures!
“Um...!!! Honestly, I can't take it anymore...!!!! I'm fine, I swear, I swear!!!!”
Oh dear, the trunk must be hurting terribly. He looks so miserable, poor thing... We'll need to increase the aphrodisiac dosage and conduct further examinations and treatment...

This concludes the guide to medical procedure in Climax City!
Please note: Even if you are injured or ill, you cannot take time off work. If you are injured before or during your work shift, you will be required to work while receiving treatment. Please be extremely careful.
Furthermore, refusing treatment constitutes an act of rebellion, equivalent to rejecting the favor of the Perverted AI. All citizens must ensure they receive appropriate medical care!
