Rehabilitation Support Bureau
🕑 Added 2025-08-02 12:00:00 +0000 UTCHello, citizens!
Today, we will introduce the Rehabilitation Support Bureau of Extacity!
ExtaCity
This is a story set far in the future... Humanity was on the brink of extinction due to war, environmental issues, and various other reasons. All men had perished, and the few remaining humans created an AI to lead them, surviving by obeying it completely. However, that AI was a ruthless, unethic...
During the previous orientation, we explained that refusing to work is considered an act of rebellion. In Extacity, those who commit acts of rebellion against the great Dossuke AI or harbor rebellious thoughts are arrested and sent to the Rehabilitation Support Bureau.
But please rest assured! The great Dossuke AI will never abandon even rebellious citizens! Here, we do not punish citizens but instead provide support to help them reform and return to being upstanding citizens!
Now, this is the interior of the Rehabilitation Support Bureau.
In a vast space that stretches as far as the eye can see, numerous massive columns stand upright. The columns are so tall that no matter how far you look up or down, you cannot see their ends.
Each pillar holds rebels whose limbs and upper halves of their faces are embedded into them. Here, citizens receive the overwhelming pleasure of the lewd AI's favor, allowing them to reflect on their thoughts and actions and reform into respectable citizens.
Nutrients and aphrodisiacs are automatically administered through a tube connected to the mouth, and the aphrodisiacs are also directly administered to the ovaries! In addition, surveillance robots constantly patrol the facility, inserting dildos into the throats of citizens who have not sufficiently reflected on their actions and administering aphrodisiacs to promote further orgasms!
Furthermore, the rebels confined here are administered special nanomachines. While citizens also have nanomachines implanted in their bodies, these are of a vastly different level!
Nanomachines are now an indispensable part of life for all citizens. They assist in human life by preventing aging, injuries, and illnesses. However, rebels are administered rehabilitation nanomachines that are dozens of times more powerful, allowing for complete control and monitoring of their bodies!
This rehabilitation nanomachine has various benefits! The first is the transmission of pleasure! The rebels are clamped between brushes on their clitoris, penetrated by dildos in their vagina, anus, and urethra, sucked and rubbed on their nipples, and their uterus is crushed from the outside.
In other words, only the pleasurable areas are stimulated precisely!
The nanomachine transmits this pinpoint stimulation throughout the entire body. As a result, the entire body reaches orgasm at the same intensity, from the top of the head to the tips of the toes! When the vagina reaches orgasm, the soles of the feet, armpits, back, and even the fingers all reach orgasm with the same intensity!
This allows you to literally keep orgasming throughout your entire body!
The second is the memory of pleasure. Nanomachines can continuously reproduce and retain the pleasure signals they receive. This means that rebels can experience pleasure that would normally last only an instant for hundreds or thousands of times longer!
Of course, during that time, the next climax will come. A climax that spreads throughout your whole body, and a climax that stays with you forever... When you combine that with aphrodisiacs, stimulants, and the physical training you got in Climax City, you can have climaxes that go way beyond any pleasure humans can imagine. If you put it in numbers, it's hundreds or thousands of times more intense... or maybe even more!
The third is physical enhancement. A normal human being would probably die of shock from experiencing thousands of times more pleasure. However, as long as these rehabilitation nanomachines are active in the body, citizens will not die. In fact, the citizens here are administered dozens of times the lethal dose of aphrodisiacs, but there are no health issues whatsoever.
Additionally, they can no longer faint, sleep, or go mad. They also cannot die from shock due to an overly intense orgasm.
Furthermore, the nanomachines amplify the stimulation levels that ordinary humans can perceive by dozens of times! This allows them to fully experience the pleasure being administered, thereby promoting rehabilitation even more effectively!
Rebels will be released once their designated rehabilitation period has passed. However, if they attempt to escape from pleasure or exhibit a rebellious attitude toward rehabilitation, their rehabilitation period will be extended. Rehabilitation nanomachines differ from those used for the general public in that they can detect rebellious thoughts and actions, enabling more accurate judgment. (Since the general public agrees with the perverted AI's way of thinking, there is no need for thought detection!)
The remaining rehabilitation period is displayed on the chests of such citizens. It is counted in single digits, with one digit representing one year. For example, this citizen has a remaining rehabilitation period of 304,078 years. Due to repeated acts of rebellion, the period has become an unimaginably long time, but we hope they can be rehabilitated into model citizens!
The number of people housed in the Rehabilitation Support Bureau has been increasing year by year, and now over 99% of the total population is housed there. However, every time one person is housed in the Rehabilitation Support Bureau, one new citizen is born, so the number of ordinary citizens living their lives remains constant!
Additionally, there are no issues with accommodation space! By warping space, we create infinite expanses, so the capacity of this detention facility is unlimited!
However, as a drawback, the wider the space, the longer the perceived time inside. Currently, time inside the facility feels approximately 100 times longer than outside.
There is no problem with the increased burden caused by the increase in the number of inmates! The rebels also contribute to energy production, so the burden does not increase as the number of inmates increases! Each rebel can produce as much energy as dozens of citizens working!
...Oh, what's the matter?
I see, you don't understand why you are being forced to work when the rebels are overwhelmingly more energy efficient!
Don't worry! For citizens seeking such fulfillment, we recommend volunteering! Volunteering is a system where rebels contribute to society in exchange for a reduction in their rehabilitation period, but any citizen can participate if they wish!
We have sent the necessary data to your residence, so please complete the required procedures and return it within 72 hours!
Please note that failure to complete the procedures or refusal to participate in volunteering will be considered a rebellious act.

Oof, if I read the time scale right, someone with a counter of 30 would feel like they've spent 3,000 years inside. That would make the volunteer program incredibly popular if only to leave the orgasm hell. Speaking of, I'd love to volunteer! Love your work, Tsunakama!~

What are the men actually doing in Climax City? Are all the men being transformed into women? Or something else? And which game is this supposedly based on?
