They cannot be removed by any technology available in the modern world.

This is Erin Inukai's room. The sound of the shower can be heard.
Into it steps Nicola from the pharmaceutical development department.
“Miss, are you there? ...Oh, you were in the shower? Sorry about that. I'll come back later.”
“Oh, it's fine. I was planning to go to bed right after this anyway.”
Erin's body after her shower. That body bore countless ‘indelible tattoos’ identical to the fixtures of the Girl art museum.
“Um... well, sorry. I know there are things you probably don't want me to see.”
“...Don't worry about it. Now then, what were we talking about?”
Erin Inukai, granddaughter of the Girl art museum founder.
The rumor that most of the Girl Exhibition Hall's investors had physical relationships with her was just that—a rumor. In reality, almost no one had ever seen her naked.
The tattoos were carved into her body on the same day as the Incident of Climax, Work No. 10, several years prior.

Mr. Inukai, founder of the Girl art museum. He had a granddaughter. Her name was Erin Inukai. Having lost her parents at a young age, she was cherished and raised as Mr. Inukai's only relative.
To Erin, Mr. Inukai was a very kind-hearted grandfather. She knew nothing about the Girl Exhibition Hall or the human experiments.
That changed several years ago, triggered by Mr. Inukai's death. The Girls' Exhibition Hall, which had been his private mansion, was now to be operated as a secret art museum for the wealthy.
However, not all plans proceeded smoothly. Relatives of No.10, who had obtained information from somewhere, planned their revenge during the ensuing chaos.
Two acts of vengeance were carried out. One was the rescue of Artwork No.10. The attackers assaulted No.10 during transport, forcing the staff to fight back. The tight security proved effective, and all attackers were quickly apprehended.
However, during this incident, one staff member inadvertently touched No.10, causing the artwork to climax. (She claimed her hand moved unconsciously.)
The second act of revenge was the abduction and assault of his granddaughter, Erin Inukai. Taking advantage of the chaos caused by the attack on No.10, No.10's relatives abducted Erin Inukai, raping and assaulting her.
Until her release, Erin endured relentless abuse without rest, her body and soul torn to shreds. But that wasn't all. Her relatives subjected her to the Girl Exhibition Hall's technique—tattoos “impossible to erase”—covering her entire body. They could have killed her, but they believed forcing her to bear this cross and live on was the greater revenge.
Unwitting Erin endured the abuse while being told of her grandfather's deeds. “The grandfather who was kind was secretly committing inhumane acts.” “Because of that, there are people who hate me intensely”...
It was too much for her pure heart to bear. Inukai Erin tried to protect herself by creating another version of herself.
Then she changed. Her quiet, timid nature transformed into that of a cold-blooded, merciless psychopath. Unable to bear witness to the suffering of those girls, she likely reshaped herself into a ruthless personality incapable of understanding human hearts.
The reborn Erin was a prodigy. Her terrifying abilities blossomed, and she quickly became a star researcher at her grandfather's company. With her extraordinary talents, she was the official successor of the Inukai family. She could have even taken over as president of Inukai Pharmaceuticals.
But Erin didn't do that. Status and honor meant nothing to her. A pure sadist, she was only interested in tormenting girls.
She still carries the weight of that incident. The tattoo, impossible to erase by any technology, remains etched onto Erin's body. She always wears a rubber suit precisely to conceal that indelible mark.
The reason she makes her subordinates wear suits too stems from a blend of two Erins: the former Erin, who didn't want to be seen as the only abnormal one, and the current Erin, who desires to dominate her subordinates.
The fact that she bears the tattoo is a top-secret known only to a select few within the Girl Exhibition Hall, such as department managers.
She always smiles cheerfully, behaving in a way that makes it impossible to tell what she's thinking. Her true feelings remain unknown to everyone.
